SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Desert Sisters Creations! We carefully prepare and package every order before it heads your way. Processing times vary depending on whether your order is premade or custom-made.

PROCESSING TIMES

Premade, ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Custom and personalized orders require additional processing time. Your estimated turnaround time will depend on the item, design, quantity, and current order volume. Any applicable timeframe will be discussed or provided before your custom order is finalized.

Processing time does not include the time your package spends in transit after it has shipped.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout when applicable. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information using the contact information provided with your order.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

LOST, DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you locate it.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and delivery process. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier first.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

If an order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us and needs to be shipped again.

Local pickup may be available for select orders. If local pickup is arranged, we’ll contact you when your order is ready and provide pickup details.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before attempting to pick it up.
